Liquid Applied System

A cold-applied coating that cures into one continuous flexible membrane with no laps, seams or joints anywhere in it — the system that suits complicated geometry.

About Liquid Applied System

Liquid systems are rolled, brushed or spray-applied over a primed substrate and cure in place. Because the membrane forms as a single sheet, it follows upstands, drainage falls, pipe penetrations and plant plinths without a detail having to be cut, welded or torched into it. Reinforcing fleece is embedded at movement joints and internal corners where the film needs extra body.

We specify polyurethane, polyurea, acrylic and cementitious grades according to what the surface has to take: UV and foot traffic on an exposed roof, ponded water in a planter, potable-water approval in a tank. Most are trafficable within hours, which matters on a live building where the deck below cannot be handed back late.
