Injection (Polyurethane)
Resin injected under pressure into a crack or a construction joint that is already leaking. The repair is made from inside the building, with no excavation and no membrane to expose.
About Injection (Polyurethane)
Packers are drilled at an angle across the crack and polyurethane resin is pumped through them until it refuses. Water-reactive grades foam on contact with the leak itself, expanding to fill the void and cutting the flow within minutes; flexible grades are used where the joint still has to move afterwards, and rigid ones where the crack is structural and has to be locked.
This is the system that deals with the leak nobody planned for — a basement wall that started weeping after backfill, a lift pit taking ground water, a cold joint that opened up. Because the resin travels wherever the water travels, it seals the path rather than the visible symptom, and the work is done from the dry side without touching the completed structure outside.
