About Epoxy Systems
Epoxy does things cement cannot. Low-viscosity grades are injected under pressure into a crack and cure stronger than the concrete around them, welding the section back together. Thixotropic grades bond fresh concrete to old, anchor starter bars and dowels into drilled holes, and bed steel plates onto a structure.
The same family gives protective and decorative finishes: chemical-resistant coatings for bunds and plant rooms, and self-levelling toppings where a floor has to be flat, seamless and easy to clean. Selection is by service temperature, moisture in the substrate and the load the repair will carry.
