Screed Flooring

Levelling and structural screeds that give every floor finish the flat, sound base it needs — from fast-drying cement screeds to free-flowing self-levelling compounds.

About Screed Flooring

A screed is the layer between the structural slab and the finish. Get it wrong and the tile, the vinyl or the resin above it fails; get it right and the floor stays flat and quiet for the life of the building. We supply and lay bonded, unbonded and floating screeds, and heated screeds over underfloor pipework.

Mix design is matched to the programme. Fast-drying cementitious screeds let follow-on trades start in days rather than weeks, free-flowing compounds cover large areas to a tight surface-regularity tolerance, and polymer-modified screeds carry the loading in industrial bays.
