Wall Panels

Factory-made wall panels, insulated or plain, that arrive finished on both faces and go up as fast as a crane can place them.

About Wall Panels

A sandwich panel carries its insulation between two steel faces and spans between the side rails on its own, so the wall is structure, insulation, weather line and internal finish in a single lift. Nothing is built up on site, which removes the sequence of trades a blockwork wall needs and takes weeks out of a programme.

Cores are selected for the duty — PIR where fire performance and thermal efficiency both matter, mineral wool where a fire rating governs, and plain profiled panels where the wall is only keeping weather out. Panels are cut for door and window openings before delivery, and finished in the colour and profile the elevation asks for, so the building is enclosed and looks finished in the same operation.
