Fully Bonded System

Used for sealing basements and other underground concrete structures designed. The innovative aspect of a fully bonded waterproofing system is that it intends to achieve a higher safety level by taking advantage of the waterproof concrete construction method and combining it with crack bridging, resistance against water penetration under pressure, and prevention of water migration and tracking. In construction practice, this method has become a tried-and-tested solution. The main benefit for the client is that the basement of the building will be dry and safe to use from day one. Installation of the waterproofing system is executed to a high standard of workmanship.

Liquid applied System

The waterproof membrane comes in liquid form, which is applied by spray, roller or brush. The liquid cures to a solid membrane, resulting in a seamless, joint-free waterproofing membrane. Some types of liquid waterproofing membranes include:

  • Polyurea.
  • Polyurethane.
  • Cementitious-based.

  • Easy installation:
  • Full coverage in corners.
  • Versatile application options.

Torch Applied System

We have completed torch-applied residential, commercial, and industrial projects using SBS membranes along with other materials.

The application of torch-on membranes is often to the following:

  • Flat roofs.
  • Terraces and balconies.
  • Basements.
  • Tanks and tank linings.
  • Underground car parks.
  • Structure foundation and slabs.
  • Walls and joints found in below-grade structures; and
  • Or used as an agent to repair cracks, roofs, and other structural leaks.

Injection (polyurethane)

When you need to repair a crack in a concrete structure from the inside of the structure, you need an experienced team to handle it.
We use polyurethane for injection works, a superior solution that seals wet and actively leaking substrates, prevents moisture migration and protects structures from corrosion and water-related decay.

PVC Waterproofing System

PVC Waterproofing systems (compartment systems) protect your building from water or moisture damaging effects. Especially in areas covered with soil, pavers, or concrete/pavement, as it is very costly and challenging to remove the overburden and determine the cause of leakage if any.
Our team has completed numerous PVC Waterproofing systems for signature projects.

Lining & Insulation

  • HDPE Lining.
  • Extruded Concrete.
  • Foam Concrete.
  • Spray PU Foam.
